Privacy Notice

When booking one of our events, personal data will be collected through your booking to attend and will be used to communicate delegate information with you before the event, and in order to facilitate our delegate management operations. Elements of this information (name, institution, email address) will be used to create a delegate list.  All use of the data will be to further our legitimate business interests in networking and collaboration with its members.

Where you have provided any information relating to any special needs or provision (eg dietary, access) this will be disclosed to third parties only for the express purpose of arranging appropriate modifications  and will not be retained after the event.

If you can no longer attend the event, we will endeavour to remove your details from any delegate list created, though we cannot guarantee that your details will not be shared.
