Staff from the University of Manchester Library will present the work they have been doing using the Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) platform, UIPath, to automate a number of library processes and workflows.
The session will cover:
- the background to their RPA work
- how they’ve enabled it to happen
- what they've achieved so far
- how they’ve selected their use-cases
- an overview of the technology and how it works in practice
The session will also include presentations followed by a Q&A and breakout sessions to discuss the use of RPA in libraries.
